The udon restaurant in Futako-Tamagawa.
While there is a hand-made license notice for sanuki udon (Kansai speciality) in the shop there is also a slight trace of Fukuoka in there too. Anyway, the best dish from this well-known store, Dontaku’s chan-pon udon, is delicious.
Shō udon (fried udon) comes with soup. A good point is the rich dashi soup stock flavour has just the right amount of sourness. Which is why I’m always unsure of which one to have.
Think I’ll go with shō udon this time.
