Otafuku Sauce

I’ve begun to make okonomiyaki at home a lot recently and tried a variety of sauces.
Although authentic Osaka sauce such as Hermes is something I’ve investigated before, Otafuku sauce in the end is definitely the best. It can even be picked up in Tokyo supermarkets recently.
There are three ways I use this at home.​ ​“A favorite sauce crammed full of vegetables and fruit”​ ​is fruity and feels close the something like the sauce being used in Hassho.​ ​‘Premium’​ ​feels even richer. Though it’s a bit too much for me.
The sauce is described as​ ​“having the perfect body and taste”, in “a class of its own”, strong and hugely satisfying. I quite like this right now. Maybe it reminds me of ‘Mitsuwa’? Actually, it’s just like​ ​
