It’s a film I loved to watch as a child, but it has yet be converted to DVD in Japan.
I have the DVD I bought in London. The copy taped on Betamax is in the office.
I really want to see it dubbed in Japanese again, and if I look around it seems this was out on video quite a while ago.

Having a quick looking around, it naturally unavailable everywhere.
Wonder if anyone has one …
Well, I really hope there is a Japanese DVD release.
