I always wanted to go to ‘Mescita’ but never had the chance. Regular customer Ma-bo (Masahiro Fujiwara) of​ ​White Line/Thing Fabrics​ ​invited me so I grabbed this chance to finally visit.
How come cheese with only mini tomatoes be this delicious? And how can asparagus simply boiled be so full of flavour?
The roasted Tachiuo (sword fish) leaves me speechless.
The bread also tastes unbelievable. Theres lots of wine too, which I usually don’t drink that much of.
It’s strength is in it’s simplicity. The taste is extraordinary for what would be home cooking. It’s extremely satisfying for the most part, with little room to worry about the trend that began from here.
I want to go every month, if possible …
