I’m always treated well​ ​Hide​ ​when in Osaka. It’s the restaurant well-known locally.
It’s open on a regular basis for all sorts of meetings. Sometimes it’s good to have awabi (abalone), and whole selection of seasonal food. This time is crab.
It was so delicious. The artistry and control of the izakaya cuisine feels like could go on forever. Not only that but also taking advantage of the wealth of raw ingredients. Hide seems to have a lot of tricks up his sleeve. I really enjoyed myself.
Especially the last course, a crab soup of kani zōsui. This alone was delicious in itself finished off with the remaining Gejang sauce. Absolutely exquisite.
