MacBook Pro
Unfortunately my MacBook Pro is beyond repair …
The trackpad is rubbish. Whether it’s habit, the way it’s being using, or that it’s being used way too much, it no longer clicks and the cursor flickers. Windows closing of their own accord, and Mission Control no longer works … It doesn’t happen when I’m using a mouse, so think the problem lies with track pad control.
I called the support hotline and tried different things (typing commands with Terminal, and so on) without any sign of improvement. I even tried installing the public beta OS thinking it could be solved at a software level, but that didn’t work either. I’ve tried every trick in the book.
Other than that, there is no problem and I’m really satisfied.
Even a friend of mine is having their own issues with another symptom and seems a bit of problem.
It may be better to wait and see if you’re planning to purchase.
