Somehow every time I saw food from Ishikawa prefecture on TV’s"Kenmin Show.Tori yasai miso (Chicken & Vegetable miso) was being sold in my local supermarket.
I investigated further and as it’s being sold online bought straight away and then boiled up a nabe.
… a little salty maybe, so the amount should be adjusted to suit your own taste.
Vegetables are certainty delicious, and since it can take plenty of vegetables, tori yasai with plenty of chicken too.
I’m ready for the coming season.
