The first generation of Range Rover were discontinued close to 1993. The autobiography of Range Rover’s first line was announced at the London Motor Show. According to the Land Rover Special Vehicles Division, this model looks as if it was sold in small amounts around 1994 with a specification tailor made.

The classic ‘Epsom Green’ is good but these days this kind of colour (Mosswood Green) works well if the Range Rover is more recent. The current model doesn’t come in this colour, though would it look good if it did?

However, with the look of the modern Range Rover moving in this direction, it maybe surprising the colour is not included. Especially when the manufacturer may feel they “can’t keep looking back on the past, even though tradition is important”. It certainly is important that modern luxury cars “appear state-of-the-art”.
