There are a few camera grip cases for the iPhone like this about, but I’m intrigued by the area around this lens setting. To be honest, as the camera in the iPhone would probably be enough for most on the go or even for fun, it might be better to to bring and swing around an M, or better still carry a compact digital and stop carrying the case and lens for the iPhone.
