‘Seijuken’

Sweet red bean filled ‘dorayaki’ was exclusive to Asakusa’s ‘Kamejuu’, but I like the oval variety from​ ​‘Seijuken’that I recently bought when running errands nearby Suitengu.
The so-called ‘dorayaki’-style is ‘anko’ (red bean paste) sandwiched between thick layers of thick pancake top and bottom.
The traditional taste gives a real sense of origin and identity.
After lunch it is easy to visit and buy since one since they begin selling from early afternoon. But it should be said they inevitably sell out quickly.
