Noma: My Perfect Storm

Next month I go to northern Europe for the first time in roughly 10 years.
And could somehow make a reservation at ‘Noma’.
So watched this in preparation.
I didn’t realise that ‘Noma’ had suffered from food poisoning with Norovirus, having dominated the culinary world like a comet in the sky. This also the story of how it bounced back. A stylish “professionally way of working” as spelled-out in the series ‘Chef’s Table’ on Netflix.
Maybe it was good thing that they more focused following their initial troubles.
I’ve recently been helping Japanese chefs working abroad, and it is enjoyable as I have learned all sorts of things about the latest Nordic restaurant scene from Naoyuki Honda who constantly eats delicious food around the world. He must take a lot of medicine with him (laugh).
